Incredible experience there. Well priced neighboring hotel with separate bedrooms. Nice staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Exceptionally comfortable beds & big size rooms. The most important - marvellous location right on the parkway. Based very close to the Sugarlands visitor center as well as the stores.

comfortable stay , but some minor issues
The room was super clean, with a lovely fresh smell that stood out from other stays. The parking was ample, made coming and going very easy. I appreciated the beautiful riverside view from my room, offering a serene ambiance. The staff was friendly and promptly addressed my inquiries.
While the bed closer to the door was comfy, the one in the back felt worn out and less supportive.

We hit up the Fast Tracks amusement park and also visited the local grocery store nearby. The place wassuper clean and cozy, perfect for our getaway. I loved the quick access to so many restaurants and attractions. Definitely took advantage of the free parking too!
Only downside was that the sheets on the king bed weren't fitting right, a bit annoying during the night when they kept coming off.

missingWrote a review on 10 Augstiff pillows
The pillows were stiff and bordered on uncomfortable. In the Two-Bedroom Suite, there was only one AC unit that struggled to cool the back room adequately. The layout felt a bit cramped, with the bathroom being notably small, which may hinder privacy or comfort for some guests. Finally, the oversized balcony, although nice, also gave a sense of being watched by neighbors whenever stepping outside.

We had a fantastic family stay! The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our large group, with enough room for everyone. The location is just a short walk to Fast Tracks amusement park, and the kids loved it. We also appreciated the kitchenette for breakfast prep, a lifesaver.
My kids wished there was a playground nearby.

Family with kids, recommend for a cozy stay
The room was super clean, really, I was impressed by how neat it was all across, nothing gross lurking in the corners, ya know? We had this nice little kitchenette , made it easier to keep snacks for my kids, they can be needy at times.
Look, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I didn't feel like I got ripped off either.

Just a decent option for a brief stop-in in Pigeon Forge with fantastic value for money. At one point, I woke up to a squeaking sound, only to find my partner and I had a surprise visitor under our bed, reminding us of home. I recommend checking for mice in the room before settling down for the night.

The central location made it easy to access attractions and dining nearby, including a grocery store right next door. Room 307 was clean with a well-equipped kitchenette, though a slight odor was present, perhaps from older furnishings. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were quite hard. Noise levels were surprisingly low despite having outdoor corridors, a pleasant surprise.
